A pastor committed to the Word.
Pastor Brian Overturf serves as lead pastor of Arvin Assembly of God, where his ministry centers on faithful biblical preaching, intentional discipleship, and the life of the local church.
An ordained minister with the Assemblies of God, Pastor Brian has devoted nearly two decades to pastoral ministry. Before serving at Arvin Assembly, he pastored Lone Pine Assembly of God.
His conviction is simple: the Church does not need a better performance or a more polished religious experience. It needs the Word of God faithfully preached, Christ clearly proclaimed, and believers equipped to follow Him.

Pastor Brian and his wife, Marcia, have been married since 2009 and have one son, Noah. Together, their family is honored to serve the local church and encourage others to walk faithfully with Jesus.
Pastor Brian’s calling extends beyond the pulpit through biblical instruction, writing, podcasting, and the ongoing work of equipping believers for the life and mission of the Church.

Pastor Brian founded the Arvin Assembly School of the Bible to help believers understand the Scriptures, develop sound doctrine, and grow as faithful disciples of Jesus Christ.
The school is built on the conviction that ministry is not reserved for a select few. Every believer is called to grow, serve, and participate in the work of Christ’s Kingdom.
